{"id":26898,"date":"2026-05-29T09:21:50","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T13:21:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/samantharadionline.com\/?p=26898"},"modified":"2026-05-29T09:21:50","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T13:21:50","slug":"apoyan-mudar-el-transporte-de-carga-a-la-noche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/samantharadionline.com\/index.php\/2026\/05\/29\/apoyan-mudar-el-transporte-de-carga-a-la-noche\/","title":{"rendered":"Apoyan mudar el transporte de carga a la noche"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Lo que permitir\u00eda descongestionar importantes avenidas del Gran Santo Domingo<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/listindiario.com\/files\/image_60_60\/uploads\/2025\/11\/11\/6913eb98cbf9a.jpeg\" alt=\"Avatar del Nikauly Garc\u00eda Compres\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>Nikauly Garc\u00eda Compres, Santo Domingo, RD.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Instituto Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte Terrestre<strong>&nbsp;(Intrant)&nbsp;<\/strong>mostr\u00f3 su respaldo a la propuesta planteada por el<strong>&nbsp;List\u00edn Diario<\/strong>, que sugiere prohibir la circulaci\u00f3n de patanas y&nbsp;<strong>veh\u00edculos pesados<\/strong>&nbsp;durante el d\u00eda para permitir su&nbsp;<strong>tr\u00e1nsito \u00fanicamente en horario nocturno<\/strong>&nbsp;por las principales carreteras del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La entidad consider\u00f3 que avanzar hacia un modelo donde el transporte de carga opere principalmente en&nbsp;<strong>horas de la noche y la madrugada&nbsp;<\/strong>ayudar\u00eda significativamente a&nbsp;<strong>mejorar la movilidad y a reducir los accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCoincidimos plenamente en la necesidad de avanzar hacia un modelo donde el transporte de carga opere principalmente en&nbsp;<strong>horario nocturno<\/strong>&nbsp;y de&nbsp;<strong>madrugada<\/strong>, como ya ocurre en otras ciudades y pa\u00edses con sistemas de movilidad m\u00e1s organizados y eficientes\u201d, indic\u00f3 el&nbsp;<strong>Intrant&nbsp;<\/strong>en una declaraci\u00f3n ofrecida a este medio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan la instituci\u00f3n, esta propuesta ya ha sido presentada ante&nbsp;<strong>asociaciones industriales, empresariales y comerciales<\/strong>, al considerar que ayudar\u00eda a&nbsp;<strong>disminuir la congesti\u00f3n vehicular<\/strong>&nbsp;en las horas de&nbsp;<strong>mayor flujo<\/strong>&nbsp;y a<strong>&nbsp;reducir los riesgos de siniestros viales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, sostuvo que este esquema permitir\u00eda fortalecer la implementaci\u00f3n de la Zona de Acceso Restringido&nbsp;<strong>(ZAR)<\/strong>, especialmente en corredores log\u00edsticos de alta circulaci\u00f3n.
